John Stetson
Chief Executive OfficerJohn has served as our Chief Executive Officer since June 2020 and was our largest franchisee, opening nine stores in two years. John has been the Managing Member of Sunset Bay Capital, LLC, a private equity firm based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, since September 2018 and comes with a long private equity background.
Scott Mobley
Chief Operating OfficerScott has served as Chief Operating Officer since January 2020. Prior to joining us, from July 2017 to November 2019, Scott served as Director of Franchising for Wings Over, Inc. in New York, New York. Prior to that, Scott was in operations with franchise system Zaxby’s.
William Jud Carlisi
Vice President of Purchasing and Franchise SalesWilliam has served as our VP of Purchasing and Franchise Sales since September 2021. Prior to his position with us, from September 2013 to September 2021, he served as District Sales Manager for Performance Foodservice Florence, a broadline distributor in Florence, South Carolina.
