John Stetson

Chief Executive Officer

John has served as our Chief Executive Officer since June 2020 and is one of our largest franchisees, owning 10+ stores. John is the Managing Member of Sunset Bay Capital, LLC, a sector agnostic private equity firm based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Scott Mobley

President

Scott has been with us since 2020 and currently serves as President. Prior to joining the brand, he was Director of Franchising at Wings Over and held a franchise operations role at Zaxby's. His extensive experience across both operations and franchising gives him a deep, hands-on understanding of what it takes to grow and run a successful franchise system.

  • Personal net worth of at least $250k including at least $100K in liquid assets

  • Passionate about quality food, especially pizza

  • Credit of 660 or better
